WRESTLING
Iron Will
Wrestling is a combat sport that employs grappling and throwing techniques to bring down and pin an opponent flat on their backs. There are two types of wrestling: Greco-Roman, which uses techniques only above the hip; and Freestyle, where the whole body can be used, and techniques such as tripping or ankle holds are allowed.
It is carried out in 2 rounds of 3 minutes, on a circular mat.
Its name translates to "the soft art", as it is a martial art that focuses on grappling, throwing, and holds to subdue an opponent, as opposed to strikes. It is recommended for beginners since blows are not used and its techniques can be used in self defense.
It takes place in bouts of 5 minutes, which end if one participant submits the other.
